All purchases from the Lee Chakos x Brettahew Collection are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

1-of-1 Exclusivity

Every piece in this collection is made once and will never be reproduced. Each outfit is a singular, hand-constructed work.

Once sold, it is gone permanently. There are no restocks, no reorders, and no duplicate versions of any piece.

Care Instructions & Liability

All garments are hand wash only.

Improper care—including machine washing, dry cleaning, tumble drying, or harsh chemicals—may cause irreversible damage.

The Undead Cosmos and Lee Chakos accept no liability for damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.

Product Representation

Slight variations may exist between photography and the physical garment due to screen calibration, lighting, and the handmade nature of each piece.

These do not constitute defects and are not grounds for a return or dispute.

Sizing

All pieces are one size.

No size exchanges are available.

Limitation of Liability

The Undead Cosmos and its collaborators shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any item.

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
